Return & Exchange Policy
Important Notice
According to our courier policy, inspection or fitting is not allowed in the presence of the delivery agent.
Customers must receive and pay for the order first.
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through the website only after delivery.
Return Policy (24 Hours Only)
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only and must be requested through the website.
Once the returned abaya is received and approved, the refund will be processed through the website.
Return conditions:
The abaya must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags and labels must remain attached
The abaya must be returned in its original packaging
⚠️ Any return request submitted after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy (14 Days)
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery in the following cases:
Size issues
Manufacturing defects
Exchange requests must be submitted through the website or WhatsApp to arrange courier pickup and replacement delivery.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility in all cases, including returns and exchanges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
