Return & Exchange Policy<\/h2>

Important Notice<\/strong>
According to our courier policy, inspection or fitting is not allowed in the presence of the delivery agent<\/strong>.
Customers must receive and pay for the order first.
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through the website only<\/strong> after delivery.<\/p>

Return Policy (24 Hours Only)<\/h3>

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only<\/strong> and must be requested through the website.<\/p>

Once the returned abaya is received and approved, the refund will be processed through the website<\/strong>.<\/p>

Return conditions:<\/p>

  • The abaya must be unused, unworn, and unwashed<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • The abaya must be returned in its original packaging<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    \u26a0\ufe0f Any return request submitted after 24 hours<\/strong> from the delivery time will not be accepted.<\/p>

    Exchange Policy (14 Days)<\/h3>

    Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>

    • Size issues<\/p><\/li>

    • Manufacturing defects<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Exchange requests must be submitted through the website or WhatsApp<\/strong> to arrange courier pickup and replacement delivery.<\/p>
